Afghan Foreign Minister to visit Azerbaijan

In February 2014, Foreign Minister of Afghanistan Zalmai Rassoul will visit Azerbaijan. The exact date of the visit has still not been specified, according to the Azerbaijani ambassador to Pakistan and Afghanistan, Dashgin Shikarov.

As Shikarov reports, during the visit it is planned to sign an agreement on the abolition of visa requirements for holders of diplomatic passports, as well as several other documents which are currently under review. It is also planned to discuss the prospects of the sides in bilateral relations.

In addition, Afghan President Hamid Karzai will visit Azerbaijan before April of this year, APA reports.
