Deputy Prime Minister of Dagestan Nasrutdinov and two other ministers lose their jobs

Today by decree of the head of Dagestan, Ramazan Abdulatipov, three members of the government were dismissed, including the earlier detained vice-prime minister Magomedgusen Nasrutdinov.

"Relieve Magomedgusen Nasrutdinov of the post of Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Dagestan. This Decree shall enter into force on the day of its signature," RIA Novosti quotes a release from the press service of the Dagestani President and the government of the republic.

According to two other decrees, the Minister for State Property Management of the Republic, Marat Ilyasov, and the Minister Industry and Energy, Ridvan Gazimagomedov, are also relieved of their positions.

The criminal case against Nasrutdinov was initiated in May last year on the grounds of the suspected crime under Part 4 of Article 159 (fraud) of the Criminal Code.

As follows from the case, no later than 2008, Nasrutdinov personally and with the participation of others made knowingly false contracts on the sale of real estate and a number of other documents. As a result, the property of the gas networks of the republic's nine municipalities (Buynakski, Kizlyar, Levashinskiy and others regions) with a total length of more than one million linear meters  was purchased by JSC " Daggaz" for 58 million rubles .However, their market value was several times higher.
