Kazakhstan calls for creation of Universal Declaration of nuclear-free world

Kazakh President Nursultan Nazarbaev has pointed out the importance of creating a Universal Declaration of a nuclear-free world, showing the commitment of all countries to developing the idea of a world free of nuclear weapons. Kazakhstan, on the territory of which 490 nuclear tests were conducted over the course of 40 years during military trainings, resulting in 1.5 million casualities, can lead the world anti-nuclear movement, he added.
