Azerbaijan and Hungary develop ties

Azerbaijani Minister for Economy and Industry Shakhin Mustafayev said at the Azerbaijani-Hungarian business forum yesterday that the countries were planning to sign a set of inter-governmental agreements, Trend reports.

The two states develop ties in industry, energy, transportation, communication and information technologies, pharmaceutics, environmental protection, culture and tourism. They have signed over 30 documents. Azerbaijan and Hungary plan to sign agreements in IT, tourism, education and discuss bilateral documents for transportation, healthcare, youth and sports, science and innovations.

Trade turnover between Azerbaijan and Hungary increased by 40% in 2013.
