Kavkaz Federal Highway opened in Stavropol Territory

The Kavkaz Federal Highway closed on the Nevinnomyssk – Mineralniye Vody section in the Stavropol Territory has been opened, ITAR-TASS reports.

The highway was closed due to severe weather.
