Azerbaijani students living in Russia receive Heydar Aliyev scholarships

Azerbaijani honours students studying in Russian colleges are going to be granted scholarships by the Heydar Aliyev Foundation. The idea was suggested by the body's Vice President Leyla Aliyeva.
