Participants in Geneva conference negotiating interim government

The participants in the second round of the international conference devoted to the Syrian crisis have started discussing the possible formation of an interim government. The delegation of the Syrian opposition says it's a positive move, RIA Novosti reports.

"Today we made a step forward, because we started negotiating an interim government," opposition representative Luai Safi is quoted as saying. "We hope that within the next few days we will manage to achieve more progress."
