Transcaucasian Highway closed

The Transcaucasian Highway was closed on the Buron – Northern Portal of the Roksky Tunnel at 6.00 am due to high avalanche risks, Interfax reports.Traffic was also limited on the Mleta-Lars section of the Mtskhet-Stepantsiminda-Lars Highway. Similar limitations were imposed on the Gudauri-Kobi section. Vehicles with two or more axles were restricted.
