Ukraine will not introduce state of emergency

The introduction of a state of emergency in Ukraine is not being considered,  the speaker of the Ukrainian parliament Vladimir Rybak said today.

Previously, the Ukrainian opposition said that that the authorities would introduce a state of emergency in the country because of the mass protests in Kiev, RIA Novosti reports.
