Head of Dagestan’s Kulinsky District Council dies in car accident

Gamzat Guydalayev, aged 30, the head of the  Kulinsky District Council (Dagestan) has died  in a car accident on the 146th km of the  Mamrash-Tashkapur Road at about noon  yesterday, Interfax reports. He lost control of his vehicle and fell 130m  off a cliff. His passenger, whose name the  police have not mentioned, also died.
