Russia and Kazakhstan find compromise for Balkhash military base exploitation

Russian Defense Minister, Army General Sergey Shoigu, said after a meeting with his Kazakh counterpart Adilbek Jaksybekov that the sides reached an agreement on exploitation of the Balkhash military facility (Karaganda Region, Kazakhstan), ITAR-TASS reports.The facility is located in the same region as the Sary-Shagan Military Range and the Dnepr missile radar station.Shoigu said that the sides need to start training specialists to arm the facility.
