Azerbaijan to adopt law on maritime ports

The Azerbaijani parliamentary committee for economic policy has recommended the adoption of a bill on maritime ports, Trend reports.

The bill will regulate relations within the framework of maritime trade in ports, construction of ports, their opening and closing and operation. The document will also affect maritime port agents, operators of terminals, freighters, owners of infrastructure facilities, financing of ports and leasing of state property at ports.
