Azerbaijani FM urges Armenia to withdraw its troops from occupied territories

Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mamedyarov has urged Armenia to withdraw its troops from the occupied territories of Azerbaijan. According to the Azerbaijani official, this is a necessary condition for a resolution of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict.
