Emergency situation declared in Dagestan's Kazbeksky District

An emergency situation regime was declared in the Kazbeksky District of Dagestan due to severe weather conditions, SKFO.ru reports.

Heads of administrations were ordered to organize 24/7 monitoring and provide ambulances and fire trucks access to all residential areas.
