OSCE concerned over escalation of tensions between Azerbaijan and Armenia

Didier Burkhalter, Chairman-in-Office of the OSCE and Swiss Foreign Minister, has expressed concerns about the situation on the Azerbaijani-Armenian contact line, Trend reports.

He urged the sides to use any opportunity to have negotiations and reduce tensions.
