Karachay-Cherkessia to make investors’ lives easier

Karachay-Cherkessian Leader Rashid Temrezov has proposed simplification of the procedure of issuing state guarantees to investors today, Interfax reports.

He proposed reconsideration of co-financing of federal purpose programs. Temrezov believes that each region needs a special approach according to resources.
