Kazakh space agency Kazcosmos plans to launch three satellites in 2014, more satellites than in any previous year, ITAR-TASS reports.

Kaz-Sat-3, a satellite built at the Information Satellite Systems named after M.F. Rashetnev, will be launched by April 30, 2014. The reserve control complex for KazSat had been built in June 2013, said Talgat Musabayev, spokesman of Kazcosmos.

Kazakhstan will launch satellites and ground infrastructure to control them this year.
