Iran activates negotiations on Bushehr plant with Rosatom

Nikolai Spassky, Deputy Head of Rosatom (Russia), said that the agency was having negotiations with Iran to build new energy blocks at the Bushehr nuclear power plant, RIA Novosti reports.

He emphasized that any cooperation with Iran should follow the international law and be economically beneficial.

Iran started guaranteed exploitation of the first energy block of the Bushehr nuclear power plant in September 2013, giving opportunities for further cooperation.
