Putin thanks IOC and UN for ceasefire in Homs

Russian President Vladimir Putin has thanked the UN and International Olympic Committee for the ceasefire in the Syrian city of Homs. The ceasefire will allow humanitarian problems to be solved, the Russian president stressed.
