Number of Syrian refugees in Turkey tops 700 thousand

The number of Syrian refugees in Turkey has exceeded 700 thousand people, spokeman for the Turkish government's department for emergencies Fuat Oktay says. Some 218 people are currently in special refugee camps, the official says.
