Georgian defense minister comments on possible meeting of Russian and Georgian presidents

Georgian Defense Minister Irakly Alasania said that President Georgy Margvelashvili should only meet his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin if such a reception brings gains and national security to the country, Georgia Online reports.He reminded that 20% of Georgian territory remained occupied.Putin said yesterday that he was ready to meet Margvelashvili if the latter wanted to have such a meeting.
