Moscow school-shooting teen charged with three crimes

The schoolboy responsible for shooting at Moscow school N263 has been charged with murder, murder attempt and hostage-taking, according to Vladimir Markin, spokesman of the Russian Investigative Committee, RIA Novosti reports.

The teenager will undergo psychiatry tests.

The schoolboy shot a geography teacher and a police officer at his school N263 in Otradny (north-western part of Moscow) on February 3, 2014. He also wounded a police officer. He took boys of grade 10a hostage.
