Georgian businessmen develop concept for economic development

Georgian businessmen, governmental officials and diplomats have discussed the concept of long-term economic development developed by the Georgian business association, Business Georgia reports.The concept reflects the vision of entrepreneurs on the economic development in the 2014-2020s. Work on the composition of the concept started a year ago when the government began development of the strategy for economic and social development, according to the Deputy Minister for Finances David Lezhava.The document will have the basic components wanted by businessmen together with state authorities and the society in the next 7 years in order to achieve economic progress, said Georgy Chirakadze, President of the Business Association.
