SOCAR press service unaware of Baku-Novorossiysk talks with Transneft

Nizameddin Guliyev, spokesman of the State Oil Company of the Azerbaijan Republic, gave Vestnik Kavkaza no confirmation or denial of information about the renewal of talks with Transneft for the exploitation of the Baku-Novorossiysk oil pipeline.
