Explosion occurs at petrol station in Baku

An explosion occurred today at a petrol station's gas tank in Baku's Khatai district, Azerbaijani Emergency Situations Ministry says,  Trend reports.

The explosion happened at the petrol station of 'Lukoil' company, near the radio-electronics plant, at 16:20 local time.

The Baku City Emergency Medical Aid Station told Trend that the explosion killed one person.

Another person was seriously injured and taken to the Republican Neurosurgical Hospital.
