Refugees in Georgia will be able to buy an apartment for 1 lari

The Georgian government has decided to provide refugees

with apartments for 1 GEL, Minister for Refugee Affairs

David Darakhvelidze said.

 

"The apartments are located in Tbilisi, Rustavi, Mtskheta, Chiatura,

Kutaisi, Tskaltubo, Poti and Batumi," he is quoted by Georgia Online.

 

"As you know, last year 1635 families became owners of apartments.

This year, this process will continue with greater activity, and we hope

that a few hundred families will become property owners," said the Minister.
