1400 people evacuated from Homs, UN says

The official representative of the UN Secretary General, Matrin Nesirsky, says that almost 1400 people were evacuated from the Syrian city of Homs, after government forces and rebels reached a ceasefire agreement. 

The UN official notes that in addition to the evacuation the UN is also working on delivering medicine and food to the civilians who remain in the city.
