Evacuation from Homs suspended

The evacuation of the residents of the Syrian city of Homs has been suspended due to mass detainment started by the authorities in the city, UN representative in Syria Matthew Hollingwort says.

The Syrian authorities have recently detained dozens of men suspected of having ties with the rebels, the UN official informs.
