Russian government to develop special program for Dagestan

 

A meeting on issues of Dagestan's social and economic development chaired by the Russian Minister of Economic Development Elvira Nabiullina took place in Moscow, reports RIA Dagestan. A special-purpose federal program “Social and economic development of Dagestan in 2012-2017” was approved. Issues of financing investment activities in Dagestan within the framework of the targeted federal program “Russian South (2008-2012)” and the presidential petition on creating a special economic tourism zone in the coastal region of Dagestan were discussed.
