Iranian Supreme Leader sceptical on nuclear talks

A delegation headed by Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif has arrived in Vienna.Iran agreed to freeze the program in exchange for ease of sanctions at a meeting with the six mediators in November. Realization of the agreement reached then started on January 20.
