About half of remittances go to Georgia from Russia

About half of remittances go to Georgia from RussiaIn January,  $46.6 billion was transferred from Russia to Georgia, which is47.2% of total remittances reported by the National Bank of the country.Greece is in second place with $14.9 million (15.1% ). Third placebelongs to Italy with $9.2 million (9.4%), fourth goes to the UnitedStates, with $5.5 million (5.5 %).$98.7 million was transferred to Georgia in January 2014, or $4.6million more than last year. The data on remittances for the year of 2013as a whole was also published. According to them, Russia sent to Georgia $800.9 million (54.2 %), Greece - $ 197.9 million (13.4%),  Italy - $ 110.2million (7.5%), the U.S. $74.5 million (5%), reports ITAR -TASS.
