Georgian General Consulate opened in Azerbaijan's Gyandzha

A Georgian General Consulate was opened today in the Azerbaijani city of Gyandzha. The official ceremony was attended by Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mamedyarov, Turkish Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu and their Georgian counterpart Maya Pandzhikidze.

"The establishement of the Consulate General highlights friendship between our states and promotes trade and economic ties between the two countries," Georgian Ambassador to Azerbaijan Teymuraz Sharashenidze is quoted as saying by Trend.
