Azerbaijan author elected chairman of TÜRKSOY Union of Writers

Azerbaijani writer Anar Rzayev has been elected Chairman of the Union of Writers of the International Organization of Turkic Culture (TÜRKSOY), Azerbaijani news agency Trend reports on Wednesday. 

The newly-established body is going to promote ties between writers in different Turkish-speaking countries and promote Turkish culture.
