Ukrainian parliament forbids counter-terrorism operation

The Ukrainian parliament forbid the counter-terrorism operation yesterday. The decision was proposed by MPs Vitaly Klitschko, Arseny Yatsenyuk, Oleg Tyagnibok, Nikolai Rudkovsky, Oleg Lyashko, Yuri Derevyanko, Victor Razvadovsky.

Ukrainian law enforcers will stop using force and special means against protesters and will not block transportation.

236 MPs voted to stop the counter-terrorism operation.
