Kiev prepares Agreement on Crisis Settlement

Kiev authorities have prepared the Agreement on Crisis Settlement at the recent talks and plan to sign it at Presidential Administration at 12.00PM today, the governmental website reports.

The document is a result of talks between Ukrainian President Victor Yanukovych, opposition, EU and Russian diplomats.
