Stavropol Territory governor demands inspection of Kavkazskiye Mineralniye Vody

Governor of the Stavropol Territory Vladimir Vladimirov said after talks with local MPs that the regional government focuses on audit of tourism facilities to make them more competitive, Interfax reports.

He pointed out the link between the ecological situation and solution of problems of Kavkazskiye Mineralniye Vody. The governor demanded an inspection of the resort and preparation of a program for development of resorts.

Security and land issues are another priority of the government, according to Vladimirov. Land evaluation will be organized in the region next year. The governor plans to adjust land exploitation in the eastern areas of the region.
