Azerbaijan to increase oil production

Azerbaijan is going to produce some 43 million tons of oil this year, the former Soviet republic's Energy Minister Natig Aliyev said today at a meeting with members of the Caspian European Club.

In 2013 the country planned to produce 41 million tons, but this figure was exceeded, the minister informed.
