Baku to commemorate victims of Kyiv clashes

A memorial service for those who died in Kyiv in the last few days is going to be held in the Azerbaijani capital of Baku tomorow. The event is organized by the Ukrainian embassy in Baku and the local diocese of the Russian Orthodox Church.
