Turkish military attacked by PKK

Turkish servicemen were attacked today by a group of militants from the outlawed Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK), the Al Jazeera Turk TV channel reports. The Turkish soldiers returned the fire.

The incident occured not far from the Turkish-Iraqi border.
