No quasi-historical movies in Russia anymore

Vladimir Medinsky, the Minister of Culture of Russia, held a conference devoted to a summary of 2013 in cinema. According to the official, there were reforms in the sphere of moviemaking and cartoon animation. Moreover, an expert commission which would deal with the verification of historical movies was established.
