Alexander Gusev on street democracy in Ukraine

The head of the Center for Strategic Development of the CIS Countries of the RAS Institute of Europe, Alexander Gusev, believes that an amnesty for participants of mass protests in Ukraine will lead to a stabilization of the situation in the country. According to the political scientist, the events in Maidan are directly connected with the upcoming presidential elections in 2015.
