The Fourth ‘Shield and Rose’ Ceremony

On February 27th, 2014, the State Kremlin Palace will host the ‘Shield and Rose’ Awards Ceremony for the best female employees of law-enforcement agencies and special services of Russia. Aslambek Aslakhanov, President of the All-Russian Association of Law Enforcement Agencies and Special Services employees, is one of the founders of the charity event. Ahead of the ceremony, a press conference was organized.
