Sevastopol administration head resigns

Vladimir Yatsuba, Head of the Sevastopol city administration, has resigned and withdrew from the Party of Regions, Interfax reports.

Russian businessman Alexey Chaly became the new chief executive of the Sevastopol City Council yesterday.
