Ukrainian protesters set criteria for new government

Ukrainian protesters said that new ministers should be appointed from people who were not among the top 100 richest people of the country, those who have not been part of the executive power or the presidential administration since early 2010. Candidates for minister should have at least 7 years of experience in their sector (except for ministers specialized in law-enforcement), Interfax reports.People involved in violation of human rights and corruption will not be considered as members of the new government. Valery Pekar, spokesman of the secretariat of the Kola of People’s Trust, said that the most powerful, notable and authoritative organizations of the protests were part of the structure.
