Registering enterprises to become easier in Kazakhstan

Kazakhstan has simplified its rules for registering new enterprises, said Kazakh Minister for Regional Development Bolat Zhamishev on Tuesday, Trend reports.Companies will no longer need to present the charter and confirmation of registry of the legal body when opening a bank account. Companies will not need to present certificates of registry of their tax number, statistical map, charter and confirmation of registry of the legal body to monitoring agencies.Kazakhstan will improve its rating in the Opening Business and Doing Business indictors.Issuing of copies of real estate documents will be automatic via the Electronic Government portal.
