Kharkiv governor to run for president

The Governor of Ukraine's Kharkiv Region, Mikhail Dobkin, says he is going to run for president. The presidential elections are scheduled for May 25, 2014. Former president Viktor Yanukovych has recently been impeached by the Ukrainian Parliament.
