Turchinov becomes Commander-in-Chief of Ukraine

Alexander Turchinov, Speaker of the Ukrainian Parliament and Acting President, has become the Commander-in-Chief according to point 17 of part 1 of article 106 and 112 of the Constitution, ITAR-TASS reports.
