Stavrolen chemical facility on fire in Stavropol Territory

The Stavrolen chemical plant in Budennovsk (Stavropol Territory) is on fire. The fire was caused by the decompression of an ethylene reservoir at workshop N2, RIA Novosti reports.

The local population is not in danger.
