Azerbaijani brothers save family from fire in Astrakhan

Two Azerbaijanis, brothers Orkhan and Sarkhan Mamedov, saved a local family from a fire in the Russian city of Astrakhan, the local office of the Russian Ministry of Emergencies reports on Wednesday.
