Governor of Ukraine’s Kharkov Oblast resigns

Governor of the Kharkov Oblast (Ukraine) Mikhail Dobkin has resigned in order to stand for president and start agitation, ITAR-TASS reports.His deputy Valentine Dulub has become the Acting Governor.Dobkin, being a member of the Party of Regions, announce plans for a presidential campaign on Monday. Ukraine will hold presidential polls on May 25.
